Whatever the reason, merchandise cannot be returned without a return authorization. Any merchandise return will incur a fixed charge of 25%. The transport costs will have to be assumed by the applicant. Agua will not accept any returns within a period exceeding 30 days from the date of purchase. Agua will not accept any returns of a box in poor condition or a damaged or installed product.
AGUA declines all responsibility for damage attributable to shipping, which is the responsibility of the carrier. On receipt of the goods, the user or the installer must examine it carefully to ensure that it is free from damage. Otherwise, he/she must note the damage observed on the invoice for transport and submit a claim to the carrier as soon as possible. Before installing the product, the installer, the contractor hired by the user or the user himself is responsible for inspecting and make sure it is not defective or damaged. If he/she notices a problem, he/she should not proceed with the installation. AGUA is not responsible for any failures, costs, damages or claims that may have been discovered, repaired or avoided through proper inspection and verification prior to installation.

For any return or exchange, proof of purchase is required and the merchandise must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged goods must be reported to the store 72 hours after delivery or receipt of them for an exchange. After this period we are no longer responsible for physical damage and no exchange can be made.
